The game consists of 34 cards make of thick, strong cardboard which is hard-wearing and high quality. Each card contains a different texture relating to real-life images of the environment. For working on tactile discrimination, visual memory and attention through the sense of touch. You can play both the classic and tactile memory games. Inspired by the Montessori methodology. Includes 34 tactile cards (9 x 9 cm). Method of Play and Activities:
1. Classic pairs: Place the cards face-down with the groove on the underside facing towards you. Take turns to turn two of the cards over. If they are the same, leave them upturned. If they are not the same, turn them face-down again and place them back in the pile. The winner is the player that ends up with the most card pairs.
2. Tactile memory: Place the cards face-down with the groove on the underside facing towards you. Take turns to turn two cards over in the following way: the player turns the first card, lays it face-up and touches it with their fingers. Before turning the second card, the player closes their eyes and, through touch, attempts to guess if both cards are the same. At that moment, the rest of the players stay silent to allow the player to concentrate. If the player thinks that both cards are the same, they will say so and open their eyes to confirm this. If the player has guessed correctly, they can keep the card pair, and if they have guessed incorrectly, they leave the cards face-down where they are and the next player takes a turn. The winner is the player with the most card pairs.

This game is also suitable for children of other ages, children with special needs, as well as for adults who want to work on their tactile differentiation, visual memory and awareness through touch. The groove on the underside of the cards allows them to be positioned correctly during the game.
