We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic individuals with a retail background to help us work hand in hand with educators and facilitators in the Greator Toronto Area. The right candidate will have a desire to learn and grow within the job, to take initiative and to be an essential part of a team.
RETAIL : Retail Floor Staff
We are looking for someone who will....
- Offer customer experience beyond a simple greeting and purchasing process. The right candidate will be prepared to work hand in hand with customers to ensure the right product is in the right hands
- Continuously learn about new products, changes to curriculum and standards, and using these tools to enable educators and facilitators to make sound choices
- Ensure a high standard of merchandising and overall store cleanliness, while also looking for opportunities to offer the right product, at the right time for customers through exciting displays and well merchandised sections
- Accurately pick orders in a timely fashion, and complete all related processes so that shipments can be sent within an acceptable timeline
- Be an enthusiastic, supportive member of both the retail team, as well the overall Sonsuh Educational Supplies family
- Take initiative, and ownership of retail space

- Friendly, outgoing and positive
- Willing to go to the extra mile to assist customers
- Genuinely interested in both education, and the products as well
- Ready to take initiative and help in growing a business
- Capable of communicating in a clear and positive way
- Available to work between 32.5 to 40 hours a week, within the times our retail location is open, and is flexible in regards to scheduling
The best fit for us is someone who....
- Has at least 3 years retail experience
- Has worked in, or has been educated in Early Learning
- Has a desire for the position, and for working hand in hand with educators and facilitators
- Is bilingual (English/French)
OFFICE : Customer Service Representative
We are looking for someone who will....
- Bring positive image to the position as the primary representative of Sonsuh Educational Supplies
- Be responsible for all incoming phone, fax, and online orders, from the initial inputting of the order, through all follow-ups
- Offer customer experience beyond simply answering the phone. The right candidate will be prepared to work hand in hand with customers to ensure the right product is in the right hands, and that all orders are fulfilled in a timely manner
- Continuously learn about new products, changes to curriculum and standards, and using these tools to enable educators and facilitators to make sound choices
- Ensure a high standard of service from the initial order, up to the moment the products leave the warehouse
- Accurately input orders, follow-up with suppliers and the warehouse, research alternative items and ensure the best opportunities for our client's business
- Be an enthusiastic, supportive member of both the office team, as well the overall Sonsuh Educational Supplies family
