Your use of the Website and Services are governed by the following Terms and Conditions. The term “We”, “Us” and “Our” shall mean Sonsuh Educational Supplies Inc. We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions, at any time without any prior written notice to You.

PAYMENT
Payment can be made through Visa, MasterCard, or company cheque (personal orders may be paid by a money draft or banker’s note). Purchases made in-store may also be paid by debit. Schools may purchase using a purchase order if the school board shares a vendor-relationship with us.
Any individual, or establishment, with tax-exemption status must produce a tax exemption certificate with a valid tax exemption number. Net 30 days will be granted to schools and other authorized institutions upon the completion and approval of a credit line. Please see your invoice for payment details.
Your credit card will not be charged when ordering online.
You will be contacted after your order has been placed online with product(s) availability and payment information.
PRODUCT PRICES
Prices do not include taxes (GST, PST, HST). Taxes will be applied at the time of invoicing. All prices are subject to change without notice. Undetected pricing errors may be corrected after customer has submitted order or the catalogue has gone to print. Every effort will be made to maintain the prices in our catalogue and flyers, however we reserve the right to amend, change or cancel product prices without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you for any modification, price change, or discontinuance of the Product.
Note: Grapat products are for shipment to Canadian addresses only.

DISCOUNT STRUCTURE
Pick-up orders for Daycare and schools are eligible for a 5% discount (excluding furniture, carpets, electronics, discounted items & items marked with a truck symbol).
For all customers, a 5% discount is applied for orders over $2,000 for Toys and Books only.
We would be pleased to assist you with any school, center or classroom opening to complete your requirements with the best possible prices for bulk orders. Tender pricing available upon request.
Discounts cannot combine with each other.
OFFERS AND PROMOTIONS
All our promotions and offers are subject to availability and while stocks last. Offers are based on one order per customer and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. The promotion is only applicable for the dates specified and can be removed/changed at any time. No Rain Checks.
