An exchange or in-store credit can be made at our retail location for any item purchased from our store, which is still unopened, and in sellable condition, within 30 days of the original purchase date. Returns can be made for an exchange or a store credit. No exchanges or credit claims will be allowed on books, CDs, electronics, carpets, clearance items, or gift cards/gift certificate. Proof of purchase required. Any shipping charges required for returning an item will be the responsibility of the customer. Due to sanitary concerns, certain items cannot be returned. Please note that any changes, cancellations or items ordered in error after confirmation including but not limited to furniture, carpets, and electronics are subjected to a 20% restocking fee.
