Terms and Conditions

  1. The Sonsuh points program was created by Sonsuh Educational Supplies to benefit customers purchasing in-store at the Sonsuh Educational Supplies retail location.
  2. Sonsuh Educational Supplies may at any time, and without prior notice:
    • Amend and terms or conditions of the Sonsuh Points Program.
    • Cancel the accumulated points, at any further points opportunities of a client, if the client does not comply with the terms and conditions of the Sonsuh Points Program, if the client abuses the privileges of the program, or has, for whatever reason, been removed from the client/merchant relationship with Sonsuh Educational Supplies.
  3. Sonsuh Educational Supplies reserves the right to end the Sonsuh points program at any time. In the event the Sonsuh points program is terminated, clients will have six months from the date of termination to redeem any outstanding points. Once the six-month grace period has expired, all remaining points will be cancelled.
  4. Any client who has agreed to join the Sonsuh points program will, by this agreement, allow Sonsuh Educational Supplies to contact him/her by email.
  5. Any individual client of Sonsuh Educational Supplies' retail location may register to join the Sonsuh points program. Institutions, or business are not eligible for this offer. To be eligible to collect points, a client must completely fill out a form at the point of purchase, including correct email information.
  6. Clients are responsible for updating any changes to their personal information with Sonsuh Educational Supplies. Any further offers, notifications or opportunities will be jeopardized with the client in the event these corrections are not made.
  7. Sonsuh points program points are non-transferable. Clients may not accumulate points for other clients' accounts. Clients can only redeem their own points.
  8. The Sonsuh points program points is neither a Sonsuh Educational Supplies gift card, nor is it a Sonsuh Educational Supplies credit note. There is no cash substitute for Sonsuh points. Sonsuh points program, and all points accumulated are the property of Sonsuh Educational Supplies.
  9. If a client's points are not used within the span of 365 days, any accrued points will expire. Points expiration date is automatically renewed for 365 days each time a purchase is made. It is the responsibility of the client to be aware of the expiration date of his/her points. Sonsuh Educational Supplies will not notify customers when their points are about to expire or have expired.

  Accumulating Points

  1. Points are accumulated when an eligible client makes a purchase in-store, through our website, through phone, fax, or email.
  2. Gift Cards, Furniture, Arts and Crafts, Clearance and Electronics are excluded from the Sonsuh Points Program often and points will not be added for these items.
  3. Once the Sonsuh Points Program has been activated in a client's account, the client will automatically begin receiving points for eligible purchases made. No "club card" is required.
  4. Points are accumulated at the rate of 5 points for every $1 spent. Points are calculated based on the subtotal of the finalized purchase on all eligible items, excluding taxes. To begin redeeming points, a client must have a minimum of 1000 points.
  5. The redemption dollars to point ratio is $1:100 points. For example,1000 points can be redeemed for $10.00. There is no limit to how many points a client can collect.
  6. A client can review their point total by: a) reviewing their cash receipt, b) requesting the information in-store, c) requesting the information via email (customerservice@sonsuh.com). In the event a client believes there is a discrepancy in his/her points, the client should inform Sonsuh Educational Supplies customer service immediately.
  7. A client may not transfer or give points to another client. Points cannot be converted to cash for the returned or exchanged item will be removed from the client's account.

  9. A client will not receive points for the purchase of a Gift Card; however, a client will receive points when using a Gift Card.
  10. If, due to electronic error, Sonsuh Educational Supplies is unable to add earned points to a client's account, these points will be added within 14 days, unless an alternative timeline is given.

Redeeming Points

  1. Points may be redeemed in-store on any eligible purchase made once a client's points have reached 1000. Points may not be redeemed if a client has not reached the initial 1000 points.
  2. Points may be redeemed on all in-stock items, excluding Gift Cards, Furniture, Arts and Crafts, Clearance and Electronics
  3. Points may not be converted to cash, nor do they have a cash value.
  4. Points will be deducted from a client's account once redeemed. Remaining points, and additional points made will remain in the client's account.
  5. Only the client of the account may redeem the associated points. Points cannot be shared, or redeemed by anyone other than the client's name listed.
  6. The redemption of points will be removed from the total price of the transaction, after all appropriate taxes have been added.

General Information

  1. If, for any unforeseen event, the viability of the Sonsuh Points Program is compromised, Sonsuh Educational Supplies may suspend or terminate the program, in whole, or in part, and all accumulated points will be cancelled, without on to cash, or another program.
  2. All taxes accrued through the client's purchase will be the responsibility of the client.
  3. Sonsuh Educational Supplies is released of all liability which may arise directly, or indirectly from the Sonsuh Points Program.
