There are a host of reasons to wear a mask: for safety, to breathe underwater, to dress up or even simply because it stinks! Divers, cowboys, scientists and many other people need masks. And sometimes, covering your mouth is showing kindness and consideration for others. Wearing a mask is showing that you care about others.
