In addition to helping children believe in themselves, they build resilience in the face of challenges. This deck of cards includes over 100 positive affirmations and fun activities to boost self-confidence.

Each card features a positive affirmation on the front and an activity directly linked to it on the back, to help children develop the right behaviour. To plan the time needed to complete the activity, look for the duration indicator on your card. On the back of the card, you'll also find questions to help your child understand and develop confidence. Once they've explored all the cards, they can choose their three favourite affirmations and repeat them every morning in front of the mirror. A great way to start the day with confidence!
