Free Delivery Zone
We offer free delivery to the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) for orders totaling $300 or more (before taxes). Orders under $300 within this zone will incur a minimum shipping and handling fee of $25.00.
Exclusions from Free Delivery
Free delivery does not apply to furniture, Rugs, and oversized items. These items are subject to a separate freight charge based on size, weight, and destination. A detailed quote will be provided before shipping.
Shipments Outside the Free Delivery Zone
Orders shipped to locations outside the Free Delivery Zone will be assessed a standard freight charge. For oversized or truck-symbol items, a custom freight quote will be provided. Additional fees may apply for deliveries to remote or hard-to-access areas (e.g., islands or locations not serviced by standard ground carriers). Bulk orders may qualify for discounted shipping—please contact us for a custom quote.
Delivery Details
If your order needs to be carried inside (e.g., to a classroom, basement, or upper floor), please notify our customer service team when placing your order. Additional delivery fees may apply for such requests, and we’ll provide a quote in advance.
Order Fulfillment & Shipping Time
In-stock orders are typically shipped within 3–5 business days. To minimize shipping costs and environmental impact, we generally ship complete orders. If you require partial shipments, please let us know—but note that this may result in additional shipping fees.
Certain furniture items are made to order and not stocked in our warehouse. These items have longer lead times, and we will notify you of the estimated arrival date at the time of order.
Backorders
If an item is backordered, we will inform you of the expected wait time. backordered Items are marked with "B/O" or "On Order" on orders confirmations and invoices. Backorders under $25 will be cancelled automatically.
Receiving Your Shipment
All items are inspected for quality before leaving our warehouse. Upon delivery, please:
- Verify the number of packages received.
- Inspect for visible damage before signing the delivery receipt.
If damage is found, retain all original packaging—this is required to file a claim with the carrier. Damage claims must be reported to us within 2 business days of delivery. Late reporting may result in the carrier denying the claim.
