We are happy to offer an exchange or in-store credit within 30 days of your original purchase.
Conditions for Return:
- Items must be returned to our retail location
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in original, sellable condition.
- Proof of purchase (such as a receipt or invoice) is required.
Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items): The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Books & CDs
- Clearance Items
- Gift Cards & Gift Certificates
- Certain items, due to sanitary concerns
Please Note:
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for any shipping charges incurred when returning an item.
- Restocking Fee: A 30% restocking fee will apply to any changes, cancellations, or items ordered in error after confirmation. This includes, but is not limited to, furniture, carpets, and electronics.
